Saint Michael's is part of Bowthorpe Community Trust. It was established to teach mentally and physically disadvantaged unemployed people how to use woodworking tools and machinery productively, in a friendly and relaxed environment.

An artist was commissioned to paint images for the Parables, Faces of Easter, The Good Shepherd and World Communion and Creation.
These are now on a CD and can be purchased for £40 per disc (incl. P & P)
